Reform Egalitarian Ketubah Text

On Sunday, the 8th of Sivan 5787, corresponding to June 13, 2027, here in Brooklyn, New York, Maya Cohen and Daniel Reyes entered into the holy covenant of marriage before family and friends, in accordance with the laws of Moses and Israel. We will share our lives fully: we will love and honor one another, speak with honesty and listen with patience, and give each other the freedom to grow. We will rejoice together in times of happiness and hold each other up in times of sorrow. We will build a warm home, alive with learning and open to family and friends, where we will cherish Jewish tradition and pass it from generation to generation, and where kindness and laughter will fill every room. May our love be a blessing to us, to our families and to our community. This covenant is valid and binding.
