On Sunday, the 8th of Sivan 5787, corresponding to June 13, 2027, here in Brooklyn, New York, Maya Cohen and Daniel Reyes entered into this covenant of marriage, surrounded by family and friends. We pledge to build a partnership of equals, rooted in trust, respect and love. We will be open and honest, patient and forgiving, and faithful to one another. We will encourage each other’s dreams and help each other bring out the best in ourselves. In times of joy we will celebrate together, and in times of sorrow we will comfort one another. Together we will create a home filled with curiosity, laughter and compassion, where the traditions and values of our families are honored. Hand in hand, we will work toward a world with more justice, peace and kindness. This covenant is valid and binding.

ביום ראשון בשבוע, ח׳ בסיון תשפ״ז, המתאים ל־13 ביוני 2027, כאן בברוקלין, ניו יורק, באו מאיה כהן ודניאל רייס בברית נישואין זו במעמד משפחה וחברים. נתחייב לבנות שותפות שוויונית, המושתתת על אמון, כבוד ואהבה. נקיים בינינו פתיחות וכנות, סבלנות וסלחנות, ונשמור אמונים זה לזו. נעודד זה את זו להגשים את חלומותינו, ונסייע זה לזו להוציא את הטוב שבנו. בעתות שמחה נחגוג יחד, ובעתות צער ננחם זה את זו. יחד ניצור בית מלא סקרנות, צחוק וחמלה, שבו יכובדו המסורות והערכים של משפחותינו. יד ביד נפעל למען עולם שיש בו יותר צדק, שלום וחסד. ברית זו שרירה וקיימת.
